International Shipments

To return products from outside of the United States, print the following information in the Description Section of the Commercial Invoice and all other documentation such as packing lists and airway bills:

Previously purchased parts made in the
United States and being returned for repairs.

In addition, ensure the Description Section of the Commercial Invoice contains the part numbers, serial numbers, and descriptions of the items being returned.

Failure to do this may result in additional shipping, duty, and tax expenses and delivery delays.

Yes: please provide electrical circuit diagram including pinouts (if applicable) and a mating electrical connector. Otherwise, electrical circuits and connectors will be removed.
